I had that some problem. My husband had to uninstall it and reinstall it
again. I wrote to them, and told them so it wouldn't use up one of my
installs.

I can only get JAWS 11 to run in the 40 minute mode. I have activated my
authorization number and
it said that it was completed, but I can't get JAWS 11 to function in
anything but the 40 minute
