Bill,

Thanks for solving your problem. I never knew this option
existed and when I had my last job before retiring I could
have used this extensively. I guess it is never too late to
learn, huh?

Outlook

Hi all,

I solved my problem. I used the color sound schemes
insert -alt-s and that works.

Have a good day.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Detecting Word Highlights- Word or
Outlook 2007

        Hello all,

I get html Outlook 2007 messages in which others highlight
words they have changed so we can all edit.

Can I have JAWS 9 tell me when I come across a Word that is
highlighted in a different color and tell me the color? If
so how?

If I cannot do this in Outlook 2007, how can I do this in
Word 2007? I can copy the text from the Outlook message into
a Word
document to read what has been highlighted if necessary.

Thank you,
Bill
