You can't be using JAWS 11. It is required you're using this version to use
Research It.

Hi
     I am on a laptop computer and so the caps lock is used as the JAWS key.

When I hold down the caps lock and press space bar I hear home roe on. Then
if I press r I hear you must be in the jaws cursor to set restriction. What
should I do?
