I get the stick on Velcro at Walmart in the sewing notions section. It comes in long strips and I cut little pieces the size I want. It is nice since it has the rough and smooth strips I also got some "stick on bumps" there as well in the household or hardware or some such department. They are replacement "feet" for kitchen or other objects. I originally found them when I needed to replace one of the "feet" on a decorative cutting board.
Maxiaids.com has a good assortment of raised bumps for marking things.
But the larger bumps and flat disks are also good for marking the keyboard.
My sighted sister even borrowed some of them for her computer (identical to mine) so she would not have to look at the keyboard when using the number pad for her accounting work.

morning

Where do you get the raised bumps and stick on Velcro? I'd like to kick my
full size key board to the curb! SMILE ...

A few days ago someone mentioned that he had gotten a laptop with the
number pad on it and I was bummed out because I had just gotten this Acer
and did not think to check for a number pad when buying it.
With all the problems I have had getting it set up and working properly I
was not really happy with it. But now since my sister pointed out that it
does indeed, have the number pad I am now thrilled with it.
I have always carried a separate full size keyboard with me to use with my
old laptop. This keyboard on my new Acer is really full sized. By marking
several vital keys with raised bumps and stick on Velcro for ease of use I
am now able to use the keyboard easily.
The laptop was very reasonable, too. Wal-Mart had them on sale for $349 at
the beginning of November So if anyone is looking for the laptop with the
number pad built in check out Acer. This unit has 4 gb ram and 250 HD with
Windows 7 64 bit.
