It comes in long strips and I cut little pieces the size I want. It is nice since it has the rough and smooth strips I also got some "stick on bumps" there as well in the household or hardware or some such department. They are replacement "feet" for kitchen or other objects. I originally found them when I needed to replace one of the "feet" on a decorative cutting board. Maxiaids.com has a good assortment of raised bumps for marking things. But the larger bumps and flat disks are also good for marking the keyboard. My sighted sister even borrowed some of them for her computer (identical to mine) so she would not have to look at the keyboard when using the number pad for her accounting work.
