The way it works, is that whoever is the Controller (Get Access to a Computer), must be a properly authorized license and you must be using a version that is as high or higher than the version of JAWS being used on the Target machine (Allow Access to my Computer). So if you are using version 10, you could not be the Controller in a Tandem session with a user who is running JAWS 11. The Target user can be using a proper license or in this case, could also be running in 40 Minute Demo mode. The Tandem session will expire when the 40 minutes expires of course. The Controller machine may not be a 40 Minute Demo. In the case described as a major problem by the user on the list, there is something else going on which we will be happy to discuss with him when he contacts us.
