[JAWS-Users] JAWS NOT SHOWING UP IN SYSTEM TRAY

I am using latest version of jaws 11.0 and have jaws checked to show up in 
system tray but it never shows up.  Also, am running windows XP.   I have 
checked and rechecked this a number of times under jaws options menu but 
jaws still does not show up.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
