Keep in mind that several months ago, Eudora was taken over by mazilla, the makers of Thunderbird. The current version of Eudora, version 8, is quite different than previous versions, and looks and feels a lot like Thunderbird, and is not accessible at all, at least as far as I know. The last version released before the takeover was 7.1.9. That's the one you should try to get.

Outstanding job, thanks. I am looking for another email program, and I remember using Eudora many moons ago. It was fairly accessible, but, when I downloaded it recently, while on my search, I found it to be impossible. It just goes to show that Just because a particular program doesn't work well for you, doesn't necessarily mean their is a problem with JAWS or the program.
