You can find the version of of the script, by pressing jaws key plus q.
The latest is version 1.58.
You can also get the version 1.57 from the site below.

How can I tell if I have the latest Gold Wave Scripts? The
reason I ask is listening to some of Rick Harmon's Gold Wave
POD casts I hear some information I do not hear when I use
Gold Wave. I also don't seem to have some of the shortcut
keys he describes. Is it possible the scripts need to be re
compiled? If so, I need a refresher on how to do that. I
also noticed in my Jaws settings folder there are Gold Wave
4 script files as well. I am using the latest version of
Gold Wave. Do these need to be kept?
