Good Morning, I am now using JAWS 11 with Microsoft Word 2003 and am not able to create a folder as easily as in past JAWS. I used to be able to hit ALT 5, but now when I hit that combo I get message stating "The requested header information was not found in this window." Does anybody have any suggestions to creating new folder? Your reply would be greatly appreciated. Shirl
