Yes, maybe so but that is not why it is not working for him. I use 10 with win 7 just fine. I am guessing he has a windows 7 64 bit version but his jaws is 32 bit. That is why it tells him it won't run. Ps: Could you please reply above the quoted post and not underneath. Kinda hard to find otherwise. I first thought you send a blank mail. Take care!
