Hello all thanks for all the replys, now i dont know what  to do./
  do i buy jaws 11 for the 64 bit machine, or sell the machine as it is brand

new, or buy a new machine which is 32bit?
so in short i have a brand new machine  that is running windows 7 64 bit,
but only have jaws 10 32bit???

Yes, maybe so but that is not why it is not working for him. I use 10 with
win 7 just fine. I am guessing he has a windows 7 64 bit version but his
jaws is 32 bit.
That is why it tells him it won't run.
Ps: Could you please reply above the quoted post and not underneath. Kinda
hard to find otherwise. I first thought you send a blank mail.

Jaws 11 works better and is offisily supported on windows7.  If you have
an sma you should be good.
