I'm  not sure when this started, I just know it works with jaws 11 and
windows 7.  Don't have any way of testing backwards here to find out.

It makes clicking sounds when things happen.  All you need to use is arrow
keys, tab and the spacebar.  It will tell you if a card is hinted and
excetra.

If you are running windows 7 and JAWS 11, try the games that come in
windows.  I have played solitary already and it works fine.
