[JAWS-Users] List of key tips for Office 2007?

Someone, years ago, posted a way to use the macro function in Word 
2002 to create a table listing all the keystrokes and their 
associated commands for Word.  It would be a tremendous help while 
struggling through the ribbon and submenus if such a list were 
available showing commands and key tips for Word 2007.  Does anyone 
have such a list or know how to create it with JAWS?
