Hello Catherine, In Microsoft Word you can turn the track changes option on or off using CTRL+shift+e. I have found that JAWS doesn't always let me know when I am moving the cursor into a revision when the track changes option in word is off. However, when it is on then underlining and other formatting attributes are changed to visually show the track changes in the document, so a person would want to turn off Word's track changes option to write in the normal document formatting. If you use insert+v to bring up JAWS verbosity, press the letter T until you find the track changes choice. Use spacebar to cycle between the choices JAWS gives for what is spoken when revisions are found and then press enter key to accept your choice. Choices include type, type and author, type, author and date, as well as others. You can list revisions in a document by using Windows key with a semicolon. The Windows key semicolon will produce a virtual window in which you can choose to list such things as comments, footnotes and revisions. Use down arrow to the revisions choice and press enter key. You will then get a list of revisions in the document. Pressing escape key will clear the virtual window.
I don't have experience in a share point environment or editing in the cloud, although, those things will be emphasized by Microsoft in Office 2010. Take care.
