Upon opening Skype, if you press the JAWS key plus Q does it say the version
of Skype plus the fact that Skype Watch is loaded?
If not then something isn't right.

Not sure, but I've installed it more than once, and it's not working.
There is no inable skypewatch box either...

I'm beginning to think that perhaps Skypewatch didn't extract correctly
or put into the ENU JAWS folder?

Hey,
I haven't done this in a while, so I may have outdated info. But if I
remember right, you need to add skype watch to your default jaws
scripts. To do this, press your jaws key (numpad 0, the caps lock key
or scroll lock) and the number 0. Then press control shift d. Jaws
should say "default.jss - jaws script manager" or something like that.
Now, go to the bottom of the file with control end, hit enter and type
or paste in the following line:
use "skypewatch.jsb"
Then give yourself a couple blank lines and hit control s to save and
recompile the scripts. If all goes well and you have skype open, jaws
should say something like "skype: status online.".

you may want to try this;
1, open skype;
2, ctrl+shift+c, which will recompile your scripts including your
skype
watch.
I had the same problem as you on a xp computer, and this did work for
me.
