Hello Kimsan,

I don't know of a keystroke that is available. However, here is one way to
do it:

1. Deselect messages in the folder by using CTRL+spacebar.
2. Press the application key, use down arrow to the "filter" choice and
press enter key.
3. Use shift+tab to move to the page tabs and use right arrow key to the
"more choices" page tab.
4. Use tab key to the checkbox that is labeled "only items that are" and
use spacebar to check the box.
5. use tab key one time and "unread" should be shown in an edit/combo box.
If not then use down arrow key until the choice is in focus.
6. Use tab key to the OK button and press enter key.

If you read the status bar, it will show the number of messages in the
folder, but only unread messages will be listed.

To remove the filter just deselect any messages, go back to the filter
choice and remove the checkmark from the "only items that are" checkbox.

Take care.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] unread messages

Hi,

Is there a quick way to get to an unread message in a folder?

I'm looking through my blind-computing folder, it says I have one unread
message in the folder I changed how they were arranged to by date, arrowed
down through out the folder and cannot find it.

I'm using outlook 07.
