Control+u finds the next unread message, but I don't know about Outlook 7.

Is there a quick way to get to an unread message in a folder?
I'm looking through my blind-computing folder, it says I have one unread
message in the folder I changed how they were arranged to by date, arrowed
down through out the folder and cannot find it.
I'm using outlook 07.
