well, the, jaws, "research it", feature works just fine here.

I put a active UPS tracking code into the research it, edit field, chose 
UPS, and indeed got my tracking information.

I've always found research it to work well until today. I put a tracking
number in the Fed X box I received this morning and all I get is a error
message.The number is correct.
