Have a friend who is using Jaws 10 and xp. Her keyboard appears not to be working. Jaws speaks but when you go to perform an action using keys nothing happens. She has tried another keyboard and this doesn't work either. We are thinking that it might have something to do with the settings in the computerbut we don't know what settings we should be looking at and what they should be.
