Press ctrl+m and see if it works.
Otherwise go to the view menu, and find "Show Classic menus" and press
enter.
I am using the programs in Danish language, so i try to translate the menus
and text information to english, but, i am not sure that it is totally
correct.
Hope you find out to use the program in an accessable way.

I suggess that you would appreaceate running Windows Media Player 11 in
classic mode.
You find the option in the menus in the program.
