This doesn't always work. Like RJ, I notice that when you open some combo boxes and press Alt-down arrow, the first item is immediately selected and you are taken out of forms mode before you have a chance to arrow down to the item you actually want. I haven't figured out a way around this glitch myself, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try opening it by first turning forms mode on and then using Alt plus down arrow. You should hear something about the combo box being open. Now arrow down to the choice you want. If it's the type of combo box I'm thinking of, you can just press tab to move away from that box and it should open the page with whatever choice you selected.

Constipated accountants work it out with a pencil.

On several web sites I am not able to choose items in combo boxes. If I arrow down to make a selection, it is like clicking on a link. Is there something I am missing to choose the item I am looking for in these combo boxes?
