Go to Skype.  Tools menu.  O to open options.

Down arrow once to the audio tab.

Tab once and you'll be in the microphone combobox. I'll bet it is on modem line emulation. Up-arrow to change it to your soundcard.

Well, obviously, that means that you have your audio out going to Skype
rather than your microphone.

Hi Folks:

Ok, I just got off skipe with someone and we couldn't accomplish anything.

I have precluded that the during the skipe calls, the other
person can hear everything that I am doing and can hear my jaws, I can
hear
them talk but they cannot hear me talk.

I'm using skipe 4.1 using scrips 4.2 on a windows 7 machine using jaws 11.

I hope someone can help or provide more help seeing as I am out of
cigarettes and I am ready to blow my top!
