Strange the caps lock key isn't working for you. Are you sure you didn't
change anything inadvertently in Configuration Manager? Particularly under
the keyboard options dialogue box?

Hi: I'm using a new laptop with Windows 7 and Internet 8 and Jaws 11, 64
bit. Can someone direct me to where I can find information on how to use
Jaws with a laptop keyboard? I initially changed Jaws to use the laptop
keyboard but the cap locks didn't work as an insert key or Jaws key.
I really am looking for the key combination for "say line" or "say all"
with navigation keys on a laptop; and how to get into verbosity to make
some changes.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
