Zamzar.com will convert them free of charge. It is a file conversion site
that converts many different file types, i.e. from one video format to
another, from different word processor types, etc. Just upload your file,
tell it to convert to .doc format, and give it your email address.
I'm awaiting a .pdf document that I asked them to convert. I was surprised
to see an mp3 option as one of the choices. The choices you get depend on
the format of the original document. You can also click on the internet
link to have it convert youtube videos for example.
