HI Rich; I don't use HJ Pad and haven't since I started to learn how to use a computer/Jaws 5 years ago. When I started playing around with it this morning I noticed that saved files are saved in My Documents. When you are saving files, is " My Documents " where they are being saved to.? If I remember correctly you mentioned that your Word documents and other files/folders were all in alphabetical order but, just not the files being saved from HJ Pad. Is this true? As far as I could tell files can't be saved in HJ Pad so, I'm just wondering that if there might be another way to get your files straightened out. Take care. Mike

When I performed this sequence, it only worked temporarily. Immediately, the list was in alphabetical order, but, after closing H J pad and re-opening, it went back to upside down order.
