Hi Rich; I think I have figured out what is going on. When you open HJ Pad are you opening the file menu, then going to recent files, and seeing a list of files? If so, these files can't be put in alphabetical order because these are put in the order that they are created, with the most recent created file in the number 1 position and the oldest created document/file in the higher numbered/lower in the list position. In turn, all of your files are saved in alphabetical order in My Documents but, not in the recent files list. Is this what is happening? Take care. Mike

Are you saying that when you open HJ Pad there are files/folders sitting right there in HJ Pad? If you have files/folders saved in HJ Pad I don't have a clue how they are being saved there. Take care. I assume word and HJ pad are in my documents. I have a quick key to open HJ pad and it opens. There are many different folders/files there that I have created. I think HJ pad is under "files", in "my documents". Does it matter that I open HJ pad in JAWS Rich ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mike & Barbara" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Friday, May 07, 2010 10:14 AM Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] HJ pad addition to last post > Hi Rich; > > This is why I'm not quite understanding what is going on.
