Hi Erin, I am a new user of Jaws 11 full version and I have not come across
this yet and I also do not know what version of ie I have on my laptop, can
anyone help with this question? hOw do I find this out? Thanks.

Using J11, I frequently come across buttons and links in Internet Explorer

that seem to be active, but nothing happens when I enter on them.
Sometimes, a link will work if I hold down control+ enter, but not always.
Any hints? Are there settings I should have changed when upgrading to J11
and IE8?
