I'm not sure where it is. I did notice when I went to the help menu in
IE,
it offered "What's new in IE8", and I know it said "what's new in IE7"

Using J11, I frequently come across buttons and links in Internet
Explorer

that seem to be active, but nothing happens when I enter on them.
Sometimes, a link will work if I hold down control+ enter, but not
always.
Any hints? Are there settings I should have changed when upgrading to
J11
and IE8?
