Greetings.
It all depends on which website you're using really. For example, if you
use the BBC IPlayer, there's a button called timeline. when you press
space on that, you have an option to skip to different sections of the
video, so 1 button will be 10%, the other will be 20%, etc etc. same
with volume controls, but not all websites implement this.
