Well, it looks like there's a new jfw update out. 11.0.1447. Just scanning over the enhancements mentioned, I'm disappointed to not find any of the issues I had reported and discussed with regular tech support and the escalation department about. Nevertheless, I'm give it a spin and see what comes of it.
