Hi Susie. You can personally create your own shortcut to the file: C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\Runtime Jaws\versionnumber\JFWKill.exe
If you place this shortcut e.g. on your Desktop, you will be able to access this from there, when the shortcutkey is so difficult for you to act. Good luck.
