Well, yes, if you really want to, there is a way of creating a macro that
will force Outlook 2007 to view your html messages in a browser instead of
Word. Go to
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/openinbrowser.htm
and follow their procedure. This is not for the faint of heart though.

When you close using alt f4, you get message to close one or all, tab and
you will see field asking if you want next time to close all of them.
Select it by checking it.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] IE question
If there are several tabs open, is there a way to close internet explorer
and have all tabs close at once? For some reason, exiting or using alt f4
doesn't close the program completely down, yet no tabs are visible and I
get
no prompt as to whether or not I'd like to close all tabs.
This is happening with both IE7 and IE8.
Thanks.
