to create a shortcut
on you're desktop do the following;
1, start menu,
2, p=programs,
3, press the letter "W" until you hear;
windows live sub-menu,
4, right arrow to open sub-menu,
5, down arrow until you hear,
windows live messenger,
6, press applications key, down arrow until you hear, "send to submenu",
right arrow to open, now down arrow until you hear,
create shortcut on desktop, press enter.

I'm wondering if this is the list I can ask for msn messenger help?I can't
seem to hear when someone is sending me a message. The only sound I get is
when they're typing and that's it. I can't even get it to sign me in
automatically when I start up. Can someone help there, and I wanted to
try and put a shortcut on my desktop, but to no avail. Your help would be
most appreciated. Now I'm on the old msn messenger, because I have trouble
tgrying to figure out what windows live is asking. I've done everythin
