Yeah I do have Outlook although WLM is my default. Am I correct, though, that you cannot look at contacts properly nor can you find folders from their initial letter can you?

Windows Live may ask to be shown as the primary e-mail product. That kind of message will occasionally lock you out of an entire folder. If that happens, the only way around it is to delete the folder and then re-create it. You may lose content in the process. For some reason, I'm not sure why, Windows Live Mail doesn't play happily with other e-mail systems, even Outlook.
