I downloaded it and kept showing that there is one download. However when I
went to check the audio for it I found it. It played without any problem.
JAWS just shows that there is a download if I do a upgrade. Strange.

tried to call fs about this and even they didn't know what caused this. even
went to the extreme of wiping out and reinstalling jaws with the same effect
and that was with fs tech support on the line. this was yesterday morning.

this update doesn't have to do with jaws but a daisy book. mainly the
tandom daisy book. it gets downloaded and installed but even doing a
check for updates still brings up the book as if it isn't installed and
fs reader shows the book and you can still play it. that' the real
trouble here. a book that is installed but according to check for
updates, it isn't. hope this explains the real issue.
