Did you remove all shared components as well?

tried to call fs about this and even they didn't know what caused
this. even went to the extreme of wiping out and reinstalling jaws
with the same effect and that was with fs tech support on the line.
this was yesterday morning.

the tandom daisy book. it gets downloaded and installed but even
doing a check for updates still brings up the book as if it isn't
installed and fs reader shows the book and you can still play it.
that' the real trouble here. a book that is installed but according
to check for updates, it isn't. hope this explains the real issue.
