There is an edition of Safari available to run in Windows. I have not
attempted to install or use it lately, but the last time I did, it was
completely inaccessible. Perhaps you will notice that every time there is
an update for iTunes or QuickTime, it will keep nagging you to download
Safari as well.

Safari is a native Mac browser, and unless you are running it in virtual
machine, I doubt that JAWS supports Safari at the moment.
