I have heard that the Safari in windows accessibility situation may have improved in the two years since I tried it. It caused me a bit of grief then, so I'm not willing to experiment with it until there's definite grounds for optimism.

There is a version for Windows. Because I have Itunes on my PC, I am
often prompted to download it, but I have often heard that Safari for
Windows is not accessible.

Safari is a native browser for Mac and highly accessible with VoiceOver. Unless you are running it in a virtual box such as VMWare, I am not sure

JAWS can support Safari as a PC app.
