Which version of Internet Explorer are you running? Did this problem just
start suddenly, or did you make any changes to your system?

Hi,
When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent document
and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
I'm using jaws 8.0.I welcome any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
