ok, but hp's use many different versions of windows, so just saying you
have an hp system doesn't say much. I still need to know if it's xp,
Vista, or what.

When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent
document and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
I'm using jaws 8.0.I welcome any suggestions on how to fix this
