Kate, you're better bet really would be to update your copy of jfw. Do you
not have an SMA to v11, or at least! to v9?

sounds like you are using version I E 8 with a version of JFW that isn't
version 11

When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent document
and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
I'm using jaws 8.0.I welcome any suggestions on how to fix this problem.
