For some that is not a doable option. If the jaws SMA hasn't ben kept
up. Then FS will make you pay up to current version until they will
let you pay for the SMA.
I know, because that is just what they told me last January when I
did just that from version 9 after 10 was released.

sounds like you are using version I E 8 with a version of JFW that
isn't version 11

When I go to the internet I get a window that says open parent
document and it won't let me pull up my favorites.
