Hi Leonard; Do you mean " group messages by conversation " enabled and not " follow conversation " checked in " Sort By " in the views menu? Try the following to fix your current problem; 1. Press control, shift, + O to open OE options. 2. Control + Tab to the Read page. 3. Tab to " Automatically expand grouped messages " and if this box is checked, uncheck it. 4. Tab to apply, press spacebar or enter, and tab to okay and press spacebar or enter.

I had it whereby when you arrowed through messages it would say collapse. Of course now I have to use a different email client like windows live. However, on my netbook I still have xp and outlook express. I have follow conversation enabled but it keeps landing on expanded instead of collapse. I have to always left arrow to get to collapse so I can delete the entire conversation. What do I need to do to fix this issue? Thanks. .
