It would let you, but, I'd not advise doing it unless you want a 3rd party browser. I know it will as I have a test machine over here that I couldn't care less if gets crashed as I usually wind up crashing it all the time anyway, almost on a weekly basis, trying to test certain senareos to see what would happen or if certain things would work. I tried with that file, and it did remove it. A course, part from then reinstalling windows 7, I don't know any other way to get i e back, so, that's exactly what I did. I restored my windows image. No big deal.
