Is it true that Excel 2010 actually isn't supported with the latest JFW 11? But it will be when JFW 12 comes?

I just bought a computer with Windows 7 64bit and office 2010. I am using JAWS
11.0.1461 64 bit edition. I can use Word 2010 but am having problems with
Excel 2010. When I open a excel file stored on my computer JFW will not read
the columns and rows. The file opens to one row visible with Jaws and I cannot
navigate to any other cell. Also, when I press the Jaws key+v to open the JFW
option window it does not open to the Excel options like in other versions of
Excel. It opens to a window which says that Jaws cannot recognize this icon.
I contacted FS tech support and they wanted me to send a copy of the file I am
trying to open. I can't do that because it's a personal financial file.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with Excel2010? And if so, can it be
fixed?
