Here is what I do to manage Outlook invites. After I read the info about the invite, I:
use ESC to close out of the invite press the down arrow once and then the up arrow once. This moves the cursor so that focus is put back on the item in the list that you just read. I do not know why this working like this, I did not have this problem until I updated to Office 2007 & Jaws 11.
