Safely Remove Hardware does exist for sure.
I have a icon called Safely remove hardware and eject media in the system
tray.
You need to tick the checkbox named "Always show all icons and notifications
on the taskbar".
Found on the Control Panel and Notification Area icons.
Or just type notification in the search field and this should be the first
item of the search results.
Press ENTER to open and tab until you hear "always show all icons and
notifications on the taskbar"

FYI,

I wondered in a previous message how to find the "safely remove hardware" in
Windows seven like you find in XP. It doesn't exist as such but if you
highlight the removable device in windows explorer you only need to use the app key and then arrow up or down until you find eject. When you enter here windows seven will give you the message that the device can be either safely
removed or that the device is still running.

I also wondered in a previous message why windows live email deleted
messages from my inbox in about a day. Well, under tools, and then options
control tab until you find the read tab, tab down once to you locate a
checkbox that says "mark messages as read", then tab down again you will
find an edit box with the number 1 which appears to be the default. I assume
this means days so I arrowed up until it said 50 and saved this setting.
This solution is still being tested but I think I am correct because my
messages have not been deleted.
