Hi All; I suggested to a friend that she update to XPSP3 and so she had a Jaws chalenged / sighted friend help her using the direct download link provided by Mr. Ferrin. After the download & install was complete she got a message stating that the catalogue files were not installed. would you all please tell me if this is normal or something went wrong and if something went wrong, how to fix the issue? She is running XP Home & Jaws 6.2. All help will be appreciated immensely. Thanks much, take care. Mike
