It is simple and works for me every time. Do a JAWS refresh, insert escape, and this go to the top of the message with control home and use your arrow keys to start reading the message or insert 2 if you prefer. I hope this helps. Has anyone figured out how to get around this problem? Half the time now, when I open a message in windows live mail, jaws won't read it, unless I first, unload jaws, then, reload it. Then, Go back to the message, and read it. It's getting annoying. I talked to Dennis at FS and he had no answers. And, he wouldn't tell me if jaws 12 has any fixes for windows live may. Really upset here. running Windows 7, jaws 11 latest jaws update, on a 64 bit machine.
